Roofs-N-More is a brand-new Kemah-based home exterior contractor. The business is new — the hands behind it aren't. After years on roofs and exteriors, and a long look at how the industry treats Houston homeowners, Phil started Roofs-N-More to do the job the way it should've been done all along.

Why we exist

Started Roofs-N-More because the industry needed someone who'd actually do the job right.

I've spent years on roofs and exteriors — and even more time watching how the contracting industry treats Houston homeowners. Surprise change orders mid-job. Crews that show up after a storm, take the deposit, and disappear before the next rain. Punch lists that get ignored once the check clears. Warranties that vanish when the company does.

Roofs-N-More is my answer to that. One owner whose name is on the contract. The same hand-picked crews on every job. A 25-year workmanship warranty in writing. And a written estimate that means what it says.

If anything we install fails because of how we installed it, we come fix it on our dime. For 25 years. Written into your contract.

The owner walks every job with you.

Final walkthrough is with Phil — the person whose name is on the contract. Nothing leaves the punch list until you sign off.

We pull every permit ourselves.

Every permit, every inspection, on us. You don't lift a finger or risk a fine because someone tried to skip a step.

A note about Texas

Texas doesn't actually license roofers.

That's not a small detail. It means anyone with a ladder and a pickup truck can legally call themselves a roofer in this state. Which is exactly how Houston homeowners end up burned.

So before you hire any roofer in Texas — including us — ask three questions: Who's insured for the work? Who pulls the permits? And whose name is on the warranty? Roofs-N-More carries insurance on every job, pulls every permit, and the warranty is signed by the owner. That's the bar. Anyone working below it shouldn't be on your roof.
