We collect only what we need to give you an estimate and do the work. We don't sell your info. We don't spam you. Here's the long version.

Who we are

Roofs-N-More LLC ("we," "us") operates this website and provides roofing, siding, window, and gutter services in the greater Houston, TX area. Our office is at 437 Holly Branch Ln, Kemah, TX 77565. You can reach us at 832-991-0928 or info@roofsnmore.com.

What we collect

• Contact information you give us voluntarily — name, email, phone number, property address — when you request an estimate, use our online quote tool, book a call, or message us.
• SMS opt-in consent — if you check the text message opt-in box in our quote tool, we record that consent and its timestamp. This is separate from your phone number and is only used to authorize text message communications.
• Photos or documents you upload — roof photos, insurance paperwork, previous bids — used only to prepare your quote.
• Property data — roof measurements, satellite imagery, and pitch data derived from your property address through our quoting system. Used solely to generate your estimate.
• Automatic information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and ad attribution parameters (UTM tags, click IDs). Used to understand how visitors find us, improve our site, and measure ad performance.
• Cookies — small files your browser stores. We use cookies for basic site function, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel (if you arrived via a Meta ad). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Text message (SMS) communications

We send text messages only to people who have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent box in our quote tool. If you opted in:

• We may send appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, project updates, and occasional promotional messages related to our services.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop receiving texts at any time, reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation, then no more messages.
• For help, reply HELP or call us at 832-991-0928.
• Opting in is never a condition of receiving an estimate or purchasing our services.
• We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• We transmit SMS messages through a third-party messaging platform. That platform processes your phone number solely to deliver messages on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Email communications

When you provide your email address, you agree to receive emails from us about your quote, project, and our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link — click it at any time to stop receiving promotional emails. Transactional emails (appointment confirmations, warranty documents) are not affected by unsubscribing from marketing. We do not sell or share your email address.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
• We don't share your info with advertising networks, lead aggregators, or other contractors.
• We don't send texts to anyone who hasn't explicitly opted in.
• We don't call you repeatedly. One follow-up call after an estimate, then we leave you alone unless you reach out.
• We don't use your data to build profiles for resale or targeting by third parties.

Service providers we work with

We use a small number of third-party tools to run our business. Each receives only the data they need to do their job and is contractually required to keep it confidential:

• CRM and communications platform — stores your contact record, manages follow-up scheduling, and sends text messages and emails on our behalf.
• Payment processor — handles card transactions. We never see or store your full card number.
• Analytics — Google Analytics and Meta Pixel help us understand site traffic and measure ad effectiveness. Both use cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings or Meta's ad preferences.
• Financing partners — if you apply for financing, your application goes directly to the lender. Their privacy policy governs how they use that data.
• Suppliers and material vendors — we share your delivery address when ordering project materials.
• Your insurance company — only with your permission, for storm-damage claims.
• Legal authorities — if required by subpoena or court order.

Data retention

• Project records — kept for the duration of our 25-year workmanship warranty, then deleted.
• Marketing communications records — SMS opt-in consent records are kept indefinitely as required for TCPA compliance. If you opt out, we retain a record of your opt-out to ensure we don't contact you again.
• Analytics data — retained per Google Analytics and Meta's standard data retention settings (typically 14–26 months).

Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for this site and store customer records in access-controlled software. We're owner-operated — Phil is the only person who sees your file. If that changes, we'll update this section before anyone else gets access.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold on you
• Ask us to correct or update it
• Ask us to delete it (subject to active warranty and legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any text message
• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email
• Opt out of all non-transactional communications by contacting us directly

Third-party links

Our site links to manufacturer websites, financing partners, and social media platforms. We don't control their privacy practices — read their policies separately before sharing information with them.

Updates to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Contracts are governed by the policy in effect on the date you signed.
