The legal boilerplate — short and plain-English where we could manage it. If anything here is unclear, call us before you sign a contract.

1. Who you're dealing with

Roofs-N-More LLC is a Texas limited liability company, fully insured with $2M general liability and workers' comp. Our registered office is 437 Holly Branch Ln, Kemah, TX 77565.

2. Estimates & quotes

• Written estimates are honored for 30 days from the date on the quote.
• Online "AI estimates" are a good-faith ballpark, not a binding price. We'll confirm the final number after an in-person or drone inspection.
• If we start work and find genuinely hidden conditions (severe rot, structural issues, asbestos, etc.), we'll stop, show you, and get written approval before proceeding with any change order.

3. Payment

• Cash/check/card: 50% deposit required at contract signing, balance due within 7 days of project completion.
• Financing: We offer financing through approved lending partners. Approved applicants may pay as little as $0 down — terms, rates, and approval are set by the lender, not us. Ask your estimator for details or apply at the time of your quote.
• Credit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee. ACH/bank transfer has no fee.
• Past-due balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest after 30 days.
• Insurance-paid jobs: we bill your insurer directly on approved claims. You're only responsible for your deductible.

4. Our warranty

• Workmanship: 25 years on all installation defects. If anything we install fails because of how we installed it, we come fix it at no cost to you.
• Materials: Backed by the manufacturer's warranty (varies by product — we give you the documents at project close).
• Not covered: acts of God beyond material ratings, pre-existing structural issues we flagged and you declined to fix, damage from subsequent contractors.
• Warranty is transferable to one subsequent homeowner within 25 years.

5. Cancellations

• Texas law gives you 3 business days to cancel any contract signed in your home. No penalty.
• After that, if you cancel before materials are ordered: your deposit is refunded less a $150 administrative fee.
• After materials are ordered: deposit is non-refundable, but we'll credit it toward future work within 12 months.

6. Permits & code

We pull all required permits and schedule municipal inspections. Work is performed to current IBC/IRC code and manufacturer specs. Permit fees are included in every quote.

7. Property & liability

• We tarp landscaping and use magnetic nail sweeps. Damage from our negligence is covered by our insurance.
• We're not liable for pre-existing cosmetic damage we document before starting, or for damage caused by storm events during the work window.
• You warrant that you own the property (or are authorized by the owner) and that our work won't violate HOA rules. We'll ask you to confirm this in writing.

8. Dispute resolution

If we disagree on something, we start with a conversation — call Phil at 832-991-0928. If that doesn't resolve it, we agree to non-binding mediation in Harris County, TX, before any lawsuit. Disputes under $10,000 are settled in Galveston County small claims court. Governing law: State of Texas.

9. Website terms

• Content on this site is for informational purposes. Pricing shown is typical range, not a binding offer.
• Don't scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission.
• We're not responsible for outages or bugs. The site is provided "as is."

10. Text message (SMS) communications

When you submit your phone number through our online quote tool and check the SMS opt-in box, you agree to receive text messages from Roofs-N-More LLC at the number you provided. Specifically:

• What we send: Appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, project status updates, and occasional promotional offers related to our services.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies. We won't spam you.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
• To stop: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll get one confirmation text, then nothing more.
• For help: Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at 832-991-0928.
• Not required: Opting in to text messages is never a condition of receiving an estimate or purchasing our services.
• Carriers: Participating US carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number: We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Email communications

When you provide your email address through our website or quote tool, you agree to receive emails from us related to your quote, project, and our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. We don't sell your email address to anyone.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here. Contracts are governed by the terms in effect on the date you signed, not later versions.
